Aug 4 (Reuters) – A Russian warship was seriously damaged in an overnight Ukrainian naval drone attack on Russia’s Black Sea navy base at Novorossiysk, the first time the Ukrainian navy has projected its power so far from the country’s shores. Japan’s Prime Minister Fumio Kishida visited gas-rich Qatar on Tuesday as he wraps up a Gulf tour centered on energy security and cooperation with Tokyo’s main suppliers. The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) said yesterday that some countries, which it did not name, have informed it they will be significantly reducing the financial aid they provide the organisation. WHO/Europe’s Roadmap for Health and Well-being in Central Asia saw recent progress through a series of national and subregional high-level policy dialogues in Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. Thousands of Moroccans protested against normalisation with Israel in several cities on Saturday, coinciding with the second anniversary since Rabat resumed its diplomatic relations with Tel Aviv. The Moroccan Front in Support of Palestine and Against Normalisation said in a statement that these protests were against the normalisation agreement with Israel.
